Stuffed Grilled Tilapia











Ingredients:

1 kilo Tilapia, gutted slit at the stomach
1 tbsp Chicken powder
2 tbsps Calamansi Juice
1 cup diced Onions
1 tsp Salt
2 tsps Pepper

Directions:

1. Rub tilapia with chicken powder and calamansi. Combine tomatoes and onions and season with salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into the tilapia.
2. Wrap tilapia in banana leaves then wrap in foil.
3. Heat griller and grill until fish is firm and fully cooked.
